Sequoia Studio

A Community art program unlike any other

Launched during the 2024/2025 school year, Sequoia Studio is our newest community program. Funded through California’s Prop 28, it was built to expand access to high-quality arts instruction for students in all grades. Rather than create something entirely separate, we integrated arts instruction and creative exploration into the heart of our existing Clubs, Park Day, Events, and Field Trip programs—providing students with numerous opportunities to engage with the arts in meaningful ways.

Infusing art throughout our Community Programs

With both virtual and in-person instruction, Sequoia Studio teachers offer classes in theater, dance, music, and visual arts. Beginning in 2026, the program will expand into Adventure Academy, where students can participate in a series of classes designed to build skills over time and deepen their artistic practice. Sequoia Studio is also eager to introduce new classes and clubs focused on 3-D art, graphic design, animation, photography, coding, and more.

While Sequoia Studio Clubs, Field Trips, and Park Day lessons are geared toward our TK–8th grade students, everyone in the family is welcome to join and participate. Whether your student is curious about performance or passionate about digital arts, there’s space for them to explore, create, and connect through Sequoia Studio.
